w2e is a safe, clean, robust technology, offering an advanced new approach to waste-to-energy. The process is an “exothermic thermochemical” reaction. An acid bath engulfs, consumes and completely eliminates feedstock, vaporizing and converting it into pure Hydrogen and pure Carbon Dioxide.

w2e is simple, scalable, low capex, low opex, high throughput and high yield.

At w2e, we believe our approach to waste-to-energy and renewable fuel commodity production will deliver more synthetic kerosene for sustainable airline fuel and more pure e-methanol for low-carbon maritime fuel for less money than other processes we are aware of.

End-Products

Using Fischer-Tropsch equipment and techniques we turn the green and recycled hydrogen and carbon dioxide into either pure synthetic kerosene or pure e-methanol. The pure lower-cost synthetic kerosene is a “drop-in fuel” which can be mixed with standard aviation kerosene (Jet-A) in a blend of up to 50%-50% to make Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). While the pure lower-cost e-methanol can be blended with diesel fuel to make low-carbon maritime fuel (LCMF).

w2e’s advantage is in its versatility. On a plant-by-plant basis, wherever the economics make sense, we have the ability to tune the process to make it work with a variety of feedstocks. Beyond that, this versatility allows us to produce a variety of product outcomes to capitalize on the most lucrative markets we can access.

w2e provides the key, hydrogen building block ingredient needed to decarbonize fuels and make end-products that accomplish other objectives in industries like aviation, maritime, steel, chemicals, oil & gas, plastics, automotive, and beyond.
